Public Health Funerals Clinic – free webinar
The Public Health Funerals Information Service, in association with Finders International, is holding a free online webinar on The Laws of Intestacy on Tuesday 9th May from 10.30 to 11.30.
The webinar is designed to help local authority officers with responsibility for making funeral arrangements under S46 or the Public Health (Control of Disease) Act 1984. It will address concerns relating to who is entitled to benefit from an estate, and what happens if they choose not to. You will also be able to pose questions, which will be answered by a panel of experts.
